You will cross and discover a protected area (Néouvielle National Reserve, the heart area of the Pyrenees National Park). The practice of the trail or the nature race in these spaces remains exceptional and limited. The regulations in force must be respected. Respectful behavior of habitats and species must be adopted.
Tips for running "without traces"
The regulations must be respected, the main points of vigilance are given below.
Stay on the trails, do not run on the low sides to avoid trampling the surroundings and widening paths.
Do not cut the laces, this creates gaps that are ravined with the runoff of the water, which can degrade important surfaces. It is difficult to restore these scars.
Keep your waste until the next refueling.
Discover these spaces in silence to avoid disturbances of wildlife.
The trails used are used by hikers, you are not necessarily priority and it is courteous to thank, if these users depart and facilitate your passage.
The areas crossed are areas of summer, avoid frightening animals, slow down and bypass them if necessary.
