Please note: the route has many parts on mountain trails where it is not easy to run, especially in the Néouvielle area, around Col de Bastanet and Hourquette Nère.

Start thursday at 5 am from the square of Vielle Aure leaving by roads, transitable roads and banked trail to join Eget.

Forest roads and trail to join the walkway de la Gèla via the aid station at the centre de vacances. The Barroude walls stands in front of you. Large ascend to the pic des Aiguillettes going through the border pass of port Vieux. Steep descent toward the aid station of tunnel de Bielsa.

Demending climb to port de Bataillence. Passage through a hanging valley leads us to the Héchempy lake. Another steep descent to join the granges de Moudang. Transitable road downhill to Fabian.

From Fabian, the well named route des Lacs and another trail brings you up to lac de l’Oule, restaurant Merlans and col de Portet. Final downhill to the finish line in Vielle Aure.

The bests could finish under 7 hours. Time barriers are calculated for an 18 hours finish.
