The Tour du Neouvielle is part of the "Short races" challenge of the World Trail Major Series

Please note: the course includes many parts on mountain trails where it is not easy to run

Starting Friday at 7 am from Saint-Lary Soulan center. Runners will go up on passable roads and ski slopes to col de Portet to enter the Néouvielle zone. Passing in front of the refuge de Bastan and going uphill to cross the col de Bastanet and hourquette de Caderolles on the left. Downhill from here to lac de Port Bielh and lac de l’Oule.

Last big climb to return to the col de Portet. Downhill from there to the finis line in Vielle Aure.

The best could finish just over 4 hours, while the time barrier is set for the last to finish in under 12 hours.
