The Grand Raid des Pyrénées : An extraordinary race for an unforgettable experience.

Whichever route they choose, participants will be amazed by the spectacular panoramic views and enjoy an unforgettable experience that pushes them beyond their limits!
They will pass through iconic sites such as the Néouvielle massif, the Pyrenees National Park and the Aure and Gaves valleys, and climb the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, which rises to an altitude of 2,877 meters, for the ultra and the tour of the lakes.
Many sections of the route are technical and demanding. The routes also include the Barroude wall, the Moudang valley, and the Gavarnie and Estaubé cirques, which are steep and difficult terrain. However, the difficulty of the routes is more than compensated for by the beauty of the landscapes they pass through.
Every moment is an opportunity to marvel. It is important to be prepared for intense effort, as the elevation gains are significant, ranging from 2,400 meters to over 10,000 meters on the longest distance. Rigorous and diligent preparation is therefore essential.
